Homemade Caramel Apples
These Homemade Green Caramel Apples are sweet and slightly tangy apples coated in a luscious layer of homemade caramel and then adorned with a colorful array of toppings.

- 6 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 ½ cups of Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Corn Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- A pinch of Salt
- Toppings
Wash, dry, and insert wooden sticks into apples.
Combine sugar, butter, cream, corn syrup, and salt. Cook to 240°F (115°C).
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Dip apples in caramel, roll in toppings.
Place on parchment paper, cool for 30 mins.
